What happens after you choose
Every case is reviewed by a physician licensed in your state. If they don’t prescribe, you’re refunded in full.
Step 1: Choose & pay
Pick the treatment you want and pay up front. If a provider doesn’t prescribe, you’re refunded in full — nothing ships and nothing recurs.
Step 2: Health intake
Answer a few health questions through a HIPAA-compliant form. It takes a few minutes, and it is the information your provider needs in order to decide.
Step 3: Provider review
A physician licensed in your state reviews your intake, most within one business day, and reaches out if they need more detail before deciding.
Step 4: Shipped to you
If you are prescribed, a licensed US pharmacy dispenses and ships discreetly to your door, with medication counselling available. Refills when your provider approves them.
